The Mac and Cheese balls were delicious. The Salmon Burger and Bacon Cheeseburger were top notch. They were big and very flavorful. It was one of the best burgers that I’ve had in a very long time. The regular and sweet potato fries were very tasty. The outdoor seating area was plentiful and comfortable. The service was very good and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back.

I’ve ate at this place three times since finding out about it two weeks ago. That should tell all you need to know about how amazing this restaurant is. The salmon keto bowl is worth all the hype and their burgers are just as fantastic. We loved everything about this place; the atmosphere, the music, the service, and especially the food. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive every time.

Oh my lawwwwd, this place has the best onion rings! And they’re only 6! My husband got the boss hog burger and it was so delicious as well and came with some nice crispy red potatoes, 17. The Baja taco was not as great as the rest of the food but it was still good. 6. Completely worth it!And the staff were very sweet!

Weren’t not from RGV but went by there because we researched places to eat and it came up. I had the 2 specialty sliders of the Fun Guy with mushrooms, bacon and also the Boss Hog that came with the patty, bacon, pork belly and pulled pork. The taste on the burgers was excellent and the boss hog meat burger tasted phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place to all. If you want a great burger, you have to come here!! Every time I come to the valley in the future, it will be my place for burgers.

I had the GOAT taco. Man was it delicious. Beets, really?! Who puts beets in a taco!? Then I had to have some meat. The PB&J (pork belly and jam) was excellent as well. Crispy and meaty pork belly.

Uncle Chops in Weslaco, TX, is a true gem! The Salmon Power Bowl was nothing short of amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The soup of the day was equally delicious, showcasing the love and care they put into every dish. The personable customer service made us feel warmly welcomed, and the good vibes added to the experience. To top it off, the Strawberry Bellini was a delightful sweet treat. Everything was made with love and attention to detail. Highly recommend this spot for a memorable dining experience!

Definitely going back!! The menu options all sound good so I will attempt to try somthing new each time with a Baja fish Taco lol the flavor and texture on it is so scrumptious, including the fun guy burger and those aoli sauces!! The salmon burger was really good and those mac and cheese balls were super filling too you can tell everything is made freshly!! I recommend the hibiscus mimosa by the way!! First time ever coming here and I will definitely be going back!!! I'll take more pictures next time we got carried away with the smells for the rest of the meals lol!! Lastly the staff is awesome and quick love ittt!!
